I’m quite depressed the past days because of the wrong decisions I made regarding the renovation of our house. We thought it is better if we’ll just pay the workers on a daily basis, we took their word when they say that they can finish the job in less than a month. But it’s already more than a month and they are still far away from its full completion. And we have reached the limit of our budget, no I think by now it’s already beyond the limit. Aside from that there were also wrong decisions on the purchase made on materials. Some are overpriced while some are wrong choice of designs. Sigh..

I really hate it when I’m depressed because aside from feeling so low, pimples are also sprouting on my face. In the past I just use zenmed to treat my pimples and I think I will be needing another zenmed again if my depression continues. I really hope to get over this feeling soon, Lord please help me to overcome this.

This summer he and his friends are planning to go on vacation and he said he wanted to bring his bike with him when they go out of town. Biking is one of their favorite past times which is i find it good because aside from being able to travel together with his friends it is also good for his health. It has become part of his fitness regimen.

I’m glad that my father got a great circle of friends. With them he has become health conscious and has been active in sports and fitness.

“’For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,’ declares the LORD” (Isaiah 55:8).

We were traveling to California with our RV. We planned to work out of the RV (my husband on the phone and me on the computer) from a place that was both warmer and sunnier than our home in British Columbia.

The truck was doing a good job of pulling the RV over the mountain passes and we were enjoying the trip; however, unknown to us, the motor had a major weakness and traveling over the mountain passes was too much and we had to stop to have it repaired. We were told it would take a week. That was not part of our plan, but we both realized God had stopped us at this place for a reason.

Marvin quickly had his flight schedule changed so he could fly to Orlando from Sacramento. I was very thankful there was an Internet connection in the office building that I could use and keep on working while the truck was being repaired.

We were in a very small town – everyone seemed to know each other. They were friendly and weren’t in a hurry. They seemed to enjoy life. We often ate in a little restaurant called, Cozy Cow Café – their home-made food was delicious. Our stay was a good thing.

So often we make plans, but God has other plans for us. We knew God had stopped us there so we could make Christ known. We made friends with our neighbors and talked about the Lord with some of them. We left business cards at the office to direct people to the Retirement With a Purpose and Secrets of Success websites.

But most importantly, I think God wanted us to stop there, in that quiet town, so we could have an extended quiet time with Him. It was very good.

God continues to amaze me with how He directs us. Let’s remember to be flexible and not resist His leading. He always has something good planned for us.

We left for our planned destination a week after the truck broke down, but we have so many fond memories of the little town in California – the week God had planned for us.

Father, I thank You for the wonderful time we had in the small town. Thank You for changing our plans. Thank You for meeting us there. You know what is best for us. Amen.

Do home acne treatments work? I can say home acne treatment methods may work for some individuals and are indeed quite effective. But for some it doesn’t work these are cases where they should take into consideration the severity of their condition. If home acne treatment does not work for you, or does not yield any positive results then consultation with a dermatologist as this may require the expertise of skin professionals.

Ever since my right leg was amputated everytime i go to the malls or enter a building the first thing i always look for are exit signs. Why? because i have this fear in my mind that in case of an emergency like fire, earthquake or terrorism strikes i won’t be able to get out. That if stampede happens i could escape faster than others because i already know the exit and i don’t have to run anywhere else. Since i cannot run as fast as the normal person that’s why i really need to get in the exit door as fast as i could or i will be left behind and the worst scenario is i would be run or step over by rushing people. I need to be careful now wherever i go because there are so many things i need to accomplish in my spiritual and family life and i’m not yet ready to go.

But i do not have time to go to the gym or even to do little exercise at home so i just thought of taking Tonalin CLA. I’ve read about the benefits of taking CLA. CLA or “conjugated linoleic acid” is very beneficial for all people who are serious about muscular development. Tonalin CLA is an effective supplement that may help you decrease the amount of fat stored in your body,” says the company web site. Click Here for more information about Tonalin CLA.
