Get Inspired Now

Many realtors today are not inspired and in action on their dreams.  Many realtors, brokers and people in the mortgage industry today feel stuck, frustrated and powerless when it comes to manifesting their dreams.  Have you ever heard yourself saying “Some day… when I have X… then I’ll be happy and satisfied.”

There is no “some day.” And living from “someday” will kill your inspiration and your dreams.  That’s why I would like to share three critical strategies designed to short-circuit the steps to your own success by getting you inspired and in action today! And guess what. These are market proof. You ready?

After personally coaching over 8200 people I’ve seen that when you feel joy, bliss, happiness and excitement you naturally do what it takes to achieve your dreams.  The question is, “How do I feel joy when my life isn’t what I want it to be?”  I’ve got three strategies to answer that question.

I have put together the three important and helpful strategies and I am sharing some of my favorites with you here. Are you ready to have a life filled with anticipation, excitement, joy and outstanding results?  Good, then let’s get started.

Strategy #1

The first strategy is to write a one-year prophecy letter. It’s time to get out of the past, stop trying to fix yourself, stop fretting over what you are going to do to have more success and happiness. Stop looking at what didn’t work and start prophesizing about your future.  You become what you think about.  Let’s get your mind focused on what you want and off what isn’t working.

Write a letter as though you had achieved everything you wanted to achieve, dated one year from today.  How many buyers and sellers will you close?  What will your family life be like?  How much money will you make?  I’ve done this with thousands of coaching clients and the average person will achieve 65 percent of what they write.  So don’t cheat yourself by writing a small and safe prophecy.  Be bold and write your letter from the perspective of “What if life was as good as it gets”.

Strategy #2

Counting your blessings each day is essential for explosive growth. The universe is happy to provide for you, as long as you are happy about what you already have.  If you are dissatisfied with your current situation, that energy muddles up your intentions.  The more dissatisfied you are, the more you receive that which dissatisfies you.  Remember, you get what you put out.  From gratefulness, you attract wonderful buyers and sellers who are happy to work with you. Here’s what you are going to do to become more grateful and put this power to work for you:

Make a list of 10 things you love about your life.  Include anything that works well in your life, anything you like, and all the people you are happy about having in your life. Then add things you are thankful for.

Make a list of 10 things you want to accomplish: your goals, dreams, visions, and aspirations in life.

Once you have the lists, you can begin this discipline.  Before you start, take a moment to review both lists.  Then, close your eyes and take 10 deep breaths.  Hold each breath as long as you can.  Then blow it out slowly.

Now that you are in a very powerful, conscious state, mentally review your list of everything that is good.  Get really connected with how great it is to have this in your life.  Once you have spent some time truly appreciating your life mentally, shift to your list of things you want to accomplish.  But keep the feeling of gratitude.  First think about how amazing your life is that you have these kinds of objectives.  Then start being thankful for each item as if it had already come true, or was already happening or occurring right now.  Think about it the same way you thought about the first list.  Let your imagination run away with you.

Inspiration Strategy #3

Are you ready to be excited, energized and receive miracle results?  The third strategy I want to share is called The Perfect Game. It acknowledges that you are the creator of your experience.  It acknowledges that nothing comes to you that your thoughts haven’t attracted. Your dominant thoughts are bringing you exactly what you desire. You just have to get out of the way.  Here are the rules to The Perfect Game:

Whatever is offered, take it.

All that you have been thinking about is on its way to you, the moment you think of it.  The problem for most of us is that we stop the universe dead in its tracks with our doubts.  This discipline of accepting what is offered acknowledges that the universe will deliver whatever we are focused on.  Keep remembering that you must detach yourself from the way your visions are supposed to look and turn out.

Whatever is suggested, do it.

Can you feel the adventure your life is becoming by taking on this discipline?  You will now begin experiencing the things you have always wanted to experience but have never had the courage to really ask for.  The universe can’t wait to deliver on your every desire.

Whatever happens, declare it perfect.

This is the culmination of everything we have been talking about.  Go with the flow. You become the calming person in every situation and that is attractive to buyers and sellers. People trust you when you can make anything and everything okay.  Playing the Perfect Game does just that.

I challenge you to play this game for the next 30 days.  It will blow your mind when you experience how much luck, synchronicity and good fortune will come your way.  New clients will seem to come from nowhere, people you’ve been wanting to meet fall in your lap and your dreams start chasing you.

Getting Inspired!

TB Wright One Penny Millionaire!™

Often the question is asked of me, “Where does your inspiration come from?”  This question suggests that our own inspiration is held within some external place, and if we were able to just finally reach there, then maybe the miraculous floodgates of inspired action would then deluge our lives with all the things that we desire. The question also suggests that there might be some external force, such as a muse, that then could, upon our meeting that muse, inspire us to action in our chosen field of endeavor, creating masterpiece after masterpiece of success. While these two suggested directions of thought all outline perfectly what motivation is, they do not in any way touch upon what inspiration truly is. Motivation comes from an external source, a mentor, a coach, a loved one, a muse, while inspiration can only come from us when we are being our true selves. Our true selves are us, when we are in the profound and deep experience of our own pre-existing self-worthiness, which then causes us to live lives of inspired action.

The key meaning behind what inspiration really is, is in the definition of the word itself. Two components in particular are of interest if we are to fully practice inspiration: “The drawing in of air, or inhalation.” And, “Divine guidance or spark.” Taken this way, inspiration literally means to “To breathe in the Divine.” When we breathe in the Divine, we then literally, “breathe out” inspired action. What’s the Divine? We are! We are no less part of the Divine, literally, than anything else in this entire Universe, and beyond. To the ancients, this breath was defined as the Divine breath of life, or Prana. The ancients knew that without this Divine breath, we would die. A human life uninspired then, is like walking around without air. Not particularly comfortable, and not filled with much aliveness. And not the kind of life most of us had envisioned ourselves living! Yet this is the life we live, when we are uninspired. If you look into the faces of those around you, it would be an unavoidable conclusion to come up with the truth, that most people, most of the time, are living uninspired lives. When in truth, not one of them have to!

Why don’t they have to? Because with just one small shift in their thinking, our thinking, we all can continually, more and more and more, begin to breathe in the Divine. And just where is this Divine to be breathed in? It’s not external to us, it’s not coming in a few years, and it’s not sourced from outside of ourselves in any way whatsoever. And until you get here, as fully as in any one now moment that you can get here, and with all you have, as your true-self, right here and right now, then your mother, your father, your rich uncle, icon, rock star, religious figure, dogma, law, rules, powers that be, or new government program, is not coming to save you, ever. Until you get here, inspired by your own recognition of your self-worthy, true-self, then you will remain invisible to others, as well as to yourself. And how can an other outside source, in any way support you, if you are invisible to not only yourself, but to them to? Truth is, they can’t. They cannot support what they cannot see. So many walk around feeling their own “as if they’re invisible” non-existence, I know, I coach them all the time. And it’s not that they’re necessarily walking around in some existential funk, depressed, or even close to it, but they are filled with a longing that something “is missing” in their lives, and they can’t quite put their finger on it. That there’s something that they just have to do to get noticed, to get recognition. Something that if they could just “find it” would then make that annoying longing for something else, go away. Some of them have large houses, good businesses, and a few cars in the driveway, by the way. We’re talking successful people here, at least, in the eyes of society they live within. Yet despite their great material wealth, or great amount of acknowledgement, they are still don’t necessarily feel inspired. And there’s nothing out of place with material wealth or acknowledgement either, so don’t read that into these words.

How then, can anyone get inspired? Believe it or not, like just a few other things in life, inspiration takes work, commitment, discipline, and habitual behavior of action, thought, and belief, over time. We can be instantaneously inspired, but only after traveling a long road of preparation. For a long time I believed a belief about inspiration, that was continually lived out through action, which means my actions indicated my beliefs about inspiration, regardless of what I either thought or said about my beliefs regarding inspiration. This is when the two sets of beliefs, the one indicated by my actions, and the one indicated by my words, didn’t match. I always said that outside influences “didn’t matter” to me, that awards, gifts, more money, status, words of encouragement, or recognition at the hands of others, were not what inspired me, while at the same time pursuing them thinking that eventually, if I got enough of them, I would then feel what it was like to be truly inspired. Truth was, they weren’t what inspired me, but I didn’t know that. I was mistaking motivation from external sources as inspiration from inside of me. Yet, despite my words insisting that I knew what I was really doing, I still felt that hungry need to go out and seek more and more awards and recognition all the time. I called it “acknowledgement” which took a little of the non-spiritual sting out of my searching to satisfy my hunger for that which would then make me “feel okay” about myself. College degrees, seven black belts, awards from two presidents, writing nominations for poetry prizes, a thousand letters and words of thanks, becoming a community leader in my church, and winning the lottery, all served as pieces in this structure of acknowledgement that my actions believed would finally satisfy my hunger to feel my own self-worthiness, and so in turn, become inspired. In truth, not one of these many, many, things, did anything of the sort. Not one of them inspired me, because not one of those awards came from inside of me.

It took giving up my pursuit of happiness, to finally be inspired. When the huge hunger for something, anything, that was going to make the longing for some nebulous prize that would finally make me “feel better” enough, was ignored for a long enough time, and in the stillness of day after day of mediation and energy practice, I finally realized that my own experience of self-worthiness, and then the flow of my inspiration, wasn’t going to come from any outside source. This pursuit of happiness while being unhappy and unfulfilled, wasn’t something my stated beliefs indicated, but my actions certainly did, as it is the case with most of the thousands upon thousands of people I have worked with in seminars. My stated beliefs were of the “cool” New Agey norm, because I “knew” all the answers. I knew there wasn’t really something “out there” to get to that would finally make me happy, yet we all know that. At least, I knew this truth with my words, but until I was in total alignment in thought, beliefs, and action, I really knew nothing at all. Until I was living out my own internal inspiration, I wasn’t really living out inspiration, I was living out more of the same pursuit of what I wasn’t being, in order to get it, rather than to be it, to be inspired, to be happy, to be in the experience of my own self-worthiness. They’re all connected, they’re all internal experiences, and the gaining of one, gains you all the others simultaneously. What a great plan for our success!

In the interest of giving to you the means to reach this experience of your own deep and profound, pre-existing experience of self-worthiness, in order to answer the question of “How?” “How?,” can I do this?, the most efficient process I have ever done for the gaining of our deep and profound experience of self-worthiness on a permanent basis, is called The Loving Process© found at the completion of my second book. Getting into that experience of my own, pre-existing, self-worthiness, was exactly when true inspiration came to me, or rather, out from me, out from the only place we can ever “get it from” in the first place! The best part of my journey of giving up everything in order to get more than everything back, is that I discovered that the place that inspiration comes from, exists inside of every single one of us, bar none. All any of us have to do, is to stop looking for it, and instead, be it. The good news, is that this means there is nothing extra to do, nowhere else to seek it, and no one else to depend upon for it. It’s ours, all of ours, and right now! What? No extra work? No. What? No fulfillment of the demands of an other so that an award or a piece of recognition be given? No, again. With such a perfect plan for fulfillment, how easy is that? And the biggest irony of all is that when we are deeply within our experience of self-worthiness, all those things that we were seeking come to us so easily it makes the head spin. All the money, recognition, inspiration, and power to impact our lives is right there, the moment our internal permission slip to have it all is written with the ink of our experience of self-worthiness! How inspiring is that!

All we have to do to get truly inspired, is to breathe inward into our own bodies, and find The All That Is that exists there, already, waiting for every single one of us. When we do The Loving Process© for a long enough time, then our literal outward breath of inspired action then becomes that which lights up our very world. Now that’s inspiring!

How You Can Learn To Be An Inspiring Leader to Motivate Your Team

You can get really fascinated watching these well known leaders leading from the front. The great presence they created. It is just that fascinating. There are so many things you can learn and gain just by watching them in action. “What makes an inspiring leader?”, I once asked myself. After years of communicating, observing, and experiencing leadership, I have learn a lot about certain traits and qualities of an inspiring leader.

These leaders work well with the team. I remembered once there was a saying “More than one head are certainly work better than one head right?” One must realize with a capable leader, the fusion of great ideas formed by more than one team members can create great and tremendous results. Try doing that forming your team mission statement on your own as compared developing it as a your team. There can be huge difference. Not only you gather more ideas, you can learn more from the team experience.

Inspiring leaders guides the team well. They tend to make it look simple. They are able to motivate and make the team understand clearly the mission statement, goals and their roles in the team. People tend to look forward to work with these leaders. Inspiring leaders build on team players strength very well. They showed great care and concern for the team players. They are generally generous with their compliments for good work done. You will be surprised what a simple thank you and great job comments can do greatly to motivate ones spirit up.

Inspiring leaders tend to be great speakers. When these leaders speak, people tend to lean forward and anticipate greatly hearing their speech. They are able to create learning and valuable points when they speak. It can be few words but powerful impact on others life. Through their sharing they tend to make people realize that there is a lot more to life.

Inspiring leaders are also great listeners. They are those who makes the effort to put themselves in others shoes. Though they do not have the solutions to all problems, they make great effort to listen to others and work towards solving the problem.

Another common trait of inspiring leaders is they are great learners from mistakes. It seems that all those I considered inspiring leaders have their pitfalls. They are either hate or love most. But what I admired about them is they pick themselves up well and believe in themselves tremendously to create impact on others.
They are still a lot more traits of an inspiring leaders that we can learn from. I am grateful to have the opportunity to learn from them.

As I continue this learning journey, I am once again grateful that through wonderful medium of the internet and business opportunity such as home business, it has enabled me to meet inspiring leaders from all walks of life. Continue learning from inspiring leaders and you will be inspired to grow. I heard that somewhere before. That got me inspired.

College Life – and other aimless rambling

It’s been a while since I’ve been up until beyond normal working hours with any obligatory work to complete before the next few hours perfunctorily elapse. Although this can never be a particularly pleasant situation to find oneself in, it does bring back with undeniable fondness memories of a time when such situations were a way of life. Inspired perhaps by the innate tendency of an IB student to do anything apart from the necessary task, I venture in this new note to offer my infinite wisdom on the various dimensions of college life
Let me begin with taking note of the sheer enormity of college . Not in terms of physical size, but rather in terms of the magnitude of students that inhabit the institute. 85% of the faces I see in college are unfamiliar, and will remain as such, because the chances of my ever seeing them again are scarce. This brings with it an inescapable feeling of anonymity when not surrounded by your cozy circle of friends. This has many advantages as well, allowing room for solitude that facilitates the ability to sit comfortably in a corner of the college with your headphones plugged in remaining blissfully unconcerned about the happenings in your immediate environment. Nevertheless this still comes across as a change from my previous centres of education – and is one which I hope I’m slowly getting used to
Another interesting feature is the presence of countless ‘clubs’ and other intra college organizations. While extra curriculars formed an important part of school life, it was always school organized or sponsored. Seeing students seize the initiative to organize this aspect of education is interesting, and at times amusing. Naturally the presence of so many clubs also gives rise to inter and intra club politics which can be both exciting and disillusioning.
A very interesting aspect of college life is also the lackadaisical attitude to time. While lateness is adopted as a natural way of life by students, teachers too seem to be catching onto this trend – which comes as just a wee bit of a surprise. Apart from this learning to find your way around the rude clerical staff, and not getting put off by the whistle happy watchman are important are imperative for general peace of mind
The main thing that I’ve realized about college however is that here, you are who you choose to be. There’s nobody standing behind you, waiting to shove a red hot iron rod up your rear end should you fail to perform. Yet the opportunities are out there waiting for you to seize them, and deciding which way you want to go can be an important test of character.
With all that said, I think it’s time I logged off now. Before signing off I must say I’ve been rather amused by the recent Nano plant in Bengal controversy. While I’m sure the matter is dead serious – watching Mamta Bannerjee zealously screaming in Bengali while addressing a seemingly hoodwinked audience is always worth a watch. If you don’t know what I’m yapping about you clearly need to watch the news more often.

Change Your Life To The Life That Suits You Well

Inspired By a Self Miracle

“Everyday Miracle”, is what you have to worship and then you will get enthused by your own “Self Miracle” at once. I assure you that. If your eyes and your mind are open and positive, then things are happening.

Learn from People – Change Your Life

Find persons, you meet, that has achieved even the smallest of self improvement, and learn where they go from that point in life. Is it a friend, is it a coworker. Be impartial and just study and experience the construtive energy. At this point I will not explain what a “Self Miracle” actually is, you will know.

“Safe Platform” the Mind power

The ones that has found their Self Miracle has formed a “Safe Platform” and from that moment they do not go back. You know absolutely what you have achieved. You have no need to talk to anybody about what has happened to you, or put any evidence in the front. Everything is clear. The”Safe Platform” is a part of your life. The “Safe Platform” is bigger and more eternal as your life has its correct development¨right steps forward.

Change Your Life and Study Children

The simplest way is to study children, they have to change their lives every single moment. They are learning a great deal. They see the force, or better, they see what others do and they like what is happening. I do not at this position say it is about attraction it is more of a must. Self Miracle is a need and is a self improvement, study children’s development in body, mind and soul.

Awaiting the Results

The best part now, is to be aware of that your “Self Miracle” is already started your mindset to be stabilized. As you change your life you might not know what everything is about. This is so marvelous and wonderful when you are unaware and everything is going your way.

Nothing is Happening – All is Happening

It is impossible to force life and force everything towards your self-control. I often tell people to be in acceptance, and keep on asking for the self improvement. It is important to just ask and not be too exact, in this part of life when you, yes you, are learning from life.

Realize that “everything happens for the very best.” Then you and life will find the “Safe Platform” and you can go from there.

Life Inspires You and You Can Change Your Life for Good

Now you get inspired, enthusiastic and “suddenly” your life is creating itself right in front of you, unbelievable, what you want are happening and it is fast and quick. It is just as you wanted it to be when you change your life.

Tiny Modifications Might Change Your Life

Follow, just follow and if needed, do some small modifications and change your life. Now you can believe that this is not what you want and you wish that things will not take place as fast as it does.

But it is ok, to feel like that. There is a reason for you, now to understand your life as it move along. Life has now its tempo and it is like see the sun every morning, no one else is as beautiful as you right now.

Life is Yours to Live

Three answers for you to find, as you study your everyday challenge of your mindset comparing with “everyday persons.”

1. Why did this Self Miracle become theirs to attract? (Discuss their needs)

2. Where did they start? How could they get into the flow? (Their actions)

3. Why were these persons “not pushed” into his or hers “Self Miracle?” (Discuss mind power)

Finding the answers are, again, to be neutral and be positive. Find the emotion inside yourself that you can compare with and it can be a sense of joy.

Tip: “Think of split second in life when you were content and thrilled with yourself.” Everyone has such moments. Let that positive feeling and memory lift you up.

How Do We Inspire Ourselves to Greatness?

Are you ready…
…to step into your greatness?

Inspiration is not only for a select few. It is available to you. Just as you have amazing potential and the seeds of greatness within you, you have the spiritual gifts and power available to transform this potential of you into the reality of you.

Inspiration is one of the gifts and powers shared by people who have stepped into their greatness. Great leaders are an example of this. They are both inspired and inspiring. Inspiration is an aspect of what makes a great leader both great and a leader.

“How do we inspire ourselves to greatness?” asked Morgan Freeman as Nelson Mandela in the film “Invictus.” This film that takes place in 1995 speaks to a triumph of the spirit.

Nelson Mandela, then president of South Africa asked that inspiring question to the captain of the national rugby team. They each found a way to inspire themselves, others around them and their country. The result was beyond what the great majority would have imagined.

Inspire means to be “in Spirit.” To inspire is to infuse with life. Inspiration is an animating and exalting influence that quickens and energizes the mind and heart and impels you to be and to act.

Surrender to Something Greater Than You

“How do we inspire ourselves to Greatness?” You inspire yourself to Greatness by surrendering to something greater than you.

That which is greater than you is what many call God, a Higher Power, Spirit, the Divine, Source or your Higher Self. This is the Spiritual Power that empowers who you are and what you do.

Develop a relationship with Spirit. Ask for inspiration to “be” what you are here to be and “do” what you are here to do. Ask for guidance with anything and everything, no matter how big or how small. Ask any and all the time. Trust that inspiration will come, listen and follow when it does.

That which is greater than you is also your vision, your purpose, the people you touch and the impact you are here to have in the world. Keep your vision and the spirit and energy of it alive in your heart and mind, but let go of trying to do it by yourself.

Ask each day, “Who can I best serve? How can I best serve?” and listen. Do what is yours to do and get help with the rest. Be true to yourself and your ideals.

As you begin to rely on that which is greater than you, your being changes such that inspiration becomes a naturally working part of who you are. You will be inspired with ideas, actions and abilities beyond what you have imagined. You will be guided to be and will become greater than you have been, and exceed your expectations of what’s possible for you.

As you surrender to and rely on something greater than you, you will find yourself inspired to Greatness!

Step Into Your Greatness Today
Put yourself in the way of inspiration!

Get Excited Now!!! and Create the Life you Really Want

What is it about a great movie preview that makes us so excited to actually see the real thing? Is it that our favorite actor or actress is in the cast, maybe an unbelievable love story, or perhaps the content of the movie closely resonates with our hearts? Whatever the reasons may be, movie previews gets us excited. Sometimes the preview is so compelling, it sours our hope for the film we’re viewing if we’re at the theater. Without a doubt, movie previews are a call to action.

Consider your life as a preview of things to come. When you think of your future, does it get you excited? Does it keep you up at night daydreaming of the endless possibilities? When you think of your future, is it better or worse than things are now? And, if it’s better, is it just a little better or almost inconceivably better? Will the preview of your life inspire you to commit to living a life far beyond your current circumstances, which is well within your reach, or do you see hopelessness and misery?

One of the greatest underused human powers is the ability to create any kind of future we envision.

It doesn’t matter where you are in life; you are the architect of your own future. Yesterday is gone forever. There’s no bringing it back. Today is all you have. What you do with today will determine the life you live tomorrow. Dr. John Maxwell says it best, “A person can either pay now and play later or play now and pay later. Either way, you’re going to pay.”

What vision do you have for tomorrow? Is it sunny beaches and palm trees, or is it what I call voluntary slavery: working a job you hate because nothing better is available? Are you living your dream life, in your dream house, driving your dream car, supporting charities and organizations close to your heart? Are you in your dream job, doing the thing you were created to do? Did you go for it, or are you still playing it safe? Tomorrow isn’t here yet. You can make it any way you want it.

Do you want to live in a gated community outside Beverly Hills? Do you desire to escape winter by purchasing an island in the Caribbean? Does owning a million dollar yacht tickle your fancy? Dream big! The Bible even says without a vision, you will perish. Tomorrow can bring you everything you’ve ever dreamed possible, and more, but, it will require you to pay now so you can play later. Is having a dream life important enough for you to work hard for it? Does it mean enough for you to wisely save and invest money, develop a plan, and have the courage to believe the only way to fail is to quit? Your current level of success means nothing if you’re not totally happy and fulfilled. To live your dream life is worth everything you can give it. Living your life with purpose and meaning brings fulfillment.

Are you a person willing to not only dream of a great tomorrow, but also to do all you can to make it happen? Have you resolved to make the preview of your life so compelling it’s difficult to sleep at night? If so, let’s get started. These are the success secrets I currently use. It is best to do the following exercise in a quiet place where there will be no distractions.

Step One: DECIDE the kind of future you’re committed to having. Keep in mind that the sky is truly the limit. Remove the limiting thoughts that currently occupy valuable brain space.

Step Two: COMMIT to your decision by writing it down. If it’s not written down, it doesn’t exist.

Step Three: VISUALIZE yourself living your ultimate dream life. Visualizing comes easy for some and more difficult for others. This step is very important and not to be overlooked. Try as best you can to see yourself living your dream.

Step Four: WISE PLANNING can not only save time, but money, resources and headaches.

Step Five: ACT on your plan as if your life depended on it, because it does. Do not let a day go past that you don’t work on your dream. And if a day does go past, forgive yourself, and start fresh tomorrow. Action is 90% of success. Act. Get feedback. Readjust.

Step Six: VERBALIZE what your plans and goals are on a daily basis. Create ten to twenty word sentences that describe your dream life, commit it to memory, and verbalize that sentence over and over and over until you are overwhelmed with the feelings of purpose that are sure to follow.

Step Seven: Being PATIENT is the most difficult obstacle we face. We see a terrific future in our imagination, and we want it now. There’s nothing wrong with that; we all do it. However, we must be willing to work the plan, along with the readjustments, until our outward life reflects what we see in our imagination.

How To Find Words Of Inspiration

Let’s face it, life comes with many ups and downs. Although it is difficult to do in order to be successful you need to not let the “downs” get to you.

These situations are inevitable from time to time, but if you let them make you feel bad you are only hindering yourself. Learn from the rough patches and always maintain a clear focus as to what you want in life. This will keep you inspired. It can help to learn words of inspiration to tell yourself in order to get through the trials and tribulations of life.

Inspire Others

Just as you can inspire yourself, imagine the power you can have in helping others in offering any kind of words of inspiration to cheer up others when they are having a hard time.

Inspire Yourself To Change

There no doubts those words of inspiration can help you overcome many types of bad feelings, such as disappointment, stress, anxiety and depression. There is perhaps nothing quite as soothing to the mind and body as listening to words of inspiration.

Words of inspiration can lift you up and keep you there on an otherwise bad day. Always remember that positive thinking brings positive results so you need to do whatever you can to stay in that “happy” state of mind all day. I know it may sound corny to some, but those people think to negatively to ever be successful.

Everyone has different wants and needs in life and you need to tailor your words of inspiration to what you want in life. If it is more money you want, you might say something like “money comes easily and frequently to me.” Whenever you are feeling stressed about finances say this phrase to yourself over and over. It will inspire you and get rid of anxious or stressful thoughts.

If you desire more meaningful relationships you might use the phrase, “I deserve to find my soul mate and I will,” etc. The important thing to remember about words of inspiration is that they need to be specifically tailored to your life.

I find many people who pray all day, but never really achieve any positive results from it. I am not knocking religion, but repeating standard phrases over and over again without real feeling and meaning for “you” will not produce results.

These words will do nothing, because they are not tailored to your life. They are a standard saying from a book. If there is a certain passage you really like just change a few of the words so the words of inspiration pertain specifically to your life, then watch your prayers come to life.

Inspire People At Work And In Life

With appropriately chosen words of inspiration, there is every possibility of connecting with others. The right words of inspiration can motivate, persuaded, and even coerce others into doing what is necessary. And, in case of the workplace, anything that helps in inspiring employees and co-workers would be welcome.

Don’t Believe Words Of Inspiration Are Powerful – Remember Gandhi

One of the foremost exponents of words of inspiration was none other than the great Indian soul known as Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, or Gandhi. Mahatma Gandhi inspired millions of Indians to follow and believe in him only through his words and way of thought.

Gandhi’s sayings still inspire people not only from India, but all round the world. His writings and sayings were filled with so much inspiration that they swayed the masses into following his Civil Disobedience Movement that eventually led to the Independence of India from the British just sixty years ago.

You just can’t argue the power of personal inspirational thought. It is the only way to deal with life’s mishaps, which are nothing more than learning blocks on the road of life. It doesn’t matter what words you choose to inspire yourself, just make sure they are specific to your life and situation and believe with all your heart that they are true.

Super Motivation

Super Motivation.

Super Motivation is self sustaining, organization-wide, high motivation. There are 2 major components of human performance: ability & motivation. They are related as follows:

      Performance = Ability x Motivation

Ability means nothing unless it is used. When multiplied by motivation, ability comes alive!

All people without any exception have virtually unlimited motivational potential. This innate self-potential has simply been temporarily suppressed because most employees are working in environments that inhibit its suppression.

In a Super Motivating environment, even those with formerly low levels of motivation will be able to excel, while those with higher levels of motivation will be able to realize their full potential. Although high motivation is not difficult to attain, it tends to be much more difficult to sustain. Motivation can be sustained only if it is built into the organization itself. This way, motivation will no longer be subject to the whims of people or the initiation of new programs that come & go.

The Super Motivation approach involves two parallel processes. The first is reducing de motivators; the second is adding motivators. The combination of these two processes will create dramatic improvements in the motivational climate of any organization willing to accept the challenge. De motivators include all of those nagging daily occurrences that frustrate employees & drain so much of their motivational energy. Motivators on the other hand does not include people, they are environmental conditions.

Self-Motivation is the most powerful motivational force there is. It releases the latent motivational energy residing in all of us, & has the potential to energize extraordinary human performance.

Highly motivated people possess their own internal incentives to act. They don’t wait for external forces to motivation them. Highly motivated people are invariably driven by strong internal desires.

According to Shad Helmstetter, “To motivate someone, anyone, to do anything, you must influence his emotions.”

When positive thoughts arose positive / energizing emotions, large quantities of motivational energy are typically released. This in turn, energizes productive &, most importantly, creative behavior. Creative behavior manifests itself when employees go beyond the “normal” requirements of the job & take initiative to solve a problem, improve a work procedure, or give a customer extraordinary service. This is the kind of behavior that characterizes the highly motivated employees.

The motivating cycle goes something like this. Positive thoughts result in positive / energizing emotions which results in high energy. Once you consistently possess high energy in your place of work irrespective of the external conditions it culminates into productive / creative behavior. While enhancing productive behavior, the de-motivators which drain the talent & energy of the individual must be attacked. Thus, slowly & steadily you are winning the war on de-motivators.

The motivators have the awesome power to positively transform the context of work. They motivate because they increase desire. Motivators make people want to work, want to get involved, want to learn, want to achieve, want to gain recognition & so on. It is an active state. People who are motivated want to participate in life, not just be idle observers.

For super motivation to work or create wonders one needs to go ahead with a super motivating planning. As work becomes more complex & competition grows keener, organization must become increasingly skillful at planning. It is becoming more & more apparent that “those who fail to plan, plan to fail.”

If planning is so essential, them why do so many smart people & organizations fail to plan? And why does the prospect of planning generate so little enthusiasm?

The reason is two fold: Most of use doesn’t know how to plan, & we are not motivated to do so.

Formal planning requires time, discipline, procedures, paper work & commitment. It also requires people to adopt new behaviors that often lie outside their comfort zones. Given the widespread low motivation to plan, it should not be surprising that most of us find it much easier to take immediate action & worry about the consequences at a later date. Thus, to go ahead with super motivation you not only need to know how to overcome resistance to planning but also know how to achieve high involvement planning.

Once the planning process in place, the next is the revitalizing the production system which is a motivational challenge facing any organization. Production is what most employees are paid for, & what employees spend most of their time doing. Everybody, in every organization, is in involved in some form of production work. It is the value-adding process through which something of less value is converted into something with more value.

After the high productive systems are put in place the next step is to transform the communication system openly & powerfully. Approximately 80% of our waking hours are spent in some form of communication. Communication involves not only effective communication amongst members but also a superlative writing & listening skills. When the communication is good, relationships tend to be positive; when it is poor, relationships also tend to be poor. When people are communicating effectively, nothing is impossible.

Once the communication aspects are taken care of, the next aspect is investment in training their employees. Training systems in large organizations generally offer a wide range of developmental activities, including new employee orientation, job-skills training, continuing professional education, supervisory & management development, interpersonal skills training, conceptual skills training & even the basic skills training. Regardless, of the methods used, the training system in any organization is aimed at enhancing the collective competence of the workforce.

After the training, the next step is the evaluation. However, it is not evaluation itself that is the problem; the problem is how evaluation is used at work. In other contexts, such as in sports & games, evaluation is highly motivating. In fact, evaluation in sports is so motivating that enthusiasts spend endless hours studying evaluation statistics, even memorizing them. So why can’t evaluation be motivating at work? The answer is: It can.

Once the evaluation system in any organization gets successfully drawn the next step is the reward. Many organizations are increasingly discovering that not only are traditional rewards becoming extremely limited in their ability to motivate today’s workforce, but they are also extremely costly. Just as with other organizational systems, motivationally transforming the reward system requires looking at it with a fresh, new perspective. The most important question to ask in evaluating the reward system in your organization is, “Do the rewards elicit the kind of performance management desires?”

Rewards of low cost, creative rewards to tell employees how much they are appreciated, such as following.

Refreshments. Meals. Gift certificates. Magazine subscriptions. Books, audiotapes, videotapes. Memberships. Personalized items. Work environment. Training. Sports. Transportation. Commendations.

If one starts using a small proportion of these concepts & principles as enunciated above, one should be able to increase the effectiveness of the organization scientifically & significantly. So make the Super Motivation happen by following some of these guidelines & principles.

Super Motivation definitely shall increase productivity & profit; it won’t add a penny to your costs. There is no doubt in our mind: World-class organizations need world-class motivation-& the most successful organizations in the future will be SUPER MOTIVATED.

Motivational Speaker Needed? ~ Choose Wisely

1. Why Choosing a Professional Motivational Speaker is so Necessary

Find a professional, motivational speaker with a proven ability to motivate and you can be assured your meeting will have the success all of your hard work will rightly deserve.

A professional motivational speaker can turn ‘average’ event evaluation scores into superlatives such as, ‘brilliant, fantastic and superb’.

Correctly motivate your delegates and you will receive credit for helping to instil in them an internal energy that determines all aspects of their future behaviour. This is why hiring a professional, motivational speaker is so important.

2. Watch out for the ‘Pretend’ Motivational Speaker

It is essential you understand that any Tom, Dick or Harry can legally call himself or herself a motivational speaker. So simply finding someone listed as such on a website, or in a business directory, is no guarantee as to his or her ability to motivate an audience.

Would-be motivational speakers are inventing themselves on a daily basis. They see the perceived success, and other associated privileges that a top international, professional, motivational speaker appears to have, and think along the lines ‘I could do that – easy money, travel to exotic places, fast cars, top hotels etc’. Ask a top motivational speaker if that is fair reflection of their lifestyle and he or she is likely to reply ‘If only’. So what do you need to look out for in your search for a motivational speaker?

3. Sourcing a Top Motivational Speaker

Type motivational speaker into a search engine and you can expect many million hits. This, of course, only partially helps you in your quest for the perfect motivational speaker for your event! How many days have you set aside for this task? If you are thinking in hours, rather than weeks, then you are advised to read on:

Choosing a short list of potential motivational speaker candidates from the first two or three pages of a search engine listing seems, and is to some extent, a logical way to proceed. However, there are further issues that are worthy of your consideration:

4. Do I Directly Contact a Motivational Speaker or go via an Agent or Bureau?

Motivational speaker agents and bureaus represent the majority of the best, professional motivational speakers.

Agents are only interested in someone who is already established as a top motivational speaker. They proactively promote the motivational speaker, putting a speaker’s name forward to conference organisers and the like. They charge a fee to the motivational speaker for this service, usually based on a percentage of the motivational speaker’s fee for the occasion. For effective ‘numbers’ management reasons, the choice of motivational speaker found through an agent, can be limiting.

Bureaus tend to be dedicated to providing conference organisers, corporations, associations, and educational institutions with a large selection of professional motivational speakers from which to choose. Too much choice can be their biggest disadvantage.

A so-called Motivational Speaker, good or bad, experienced or amateur, will also often represent their own interests, and so it may be useful if I now provide a few tips on how to identify an established, professional motivational speaker of quality from a large pool of the Johnny-come-lately brigade.

5. With a Quality Motivational Speaker Talent Will Shine Through

Top position for a motivational speaker on search engines usually fluctuates from one day to the next, so compose a short-list from the first two or three pages, and you are ready to begin.

It is worth of bearing in mind that sponsored links for a motivational speaker are there because someone is prepared to pay, sometimes-large amounts, to jump to the front of the queue of motivational speakers. Whereas this is an admirable indication that they are prepared to invest in advertising, it does not necessarily follow that you will receive the best value for your money. Here is an easy way to narrow down your short list:

6. Establish the Experience of the Motivational Speaker

Retype that which you originally searched for, into the search engine, and add one of the names you have recorded in your short list e.g. Motivational Speaker + His or Her Name.

Now you can better determine whether that particular motivational speaker has the expertise you require. You will also have an indication as whether or not an agent or bureau represents them as a motivational speaker.

7. Carefully Research the Motivational Speaker Testimonials

Any motivational speaker, worthy of consideration, will have a selection of testimonials from previous clients available for you to view on his or her website. Ensure companies and individuals are named. Descriptions such as ‘A senior manager at a large well-known company said….’, are of little to no value, and should start alarm bells ringing. Look for named sources from quality companies. Such individuals are usually very selective about which motivational speaker they are prepared to recommend as their own reputation could be on the line.

8. Can the Motivational Speaker Motivate?

It may sound obvious, but the most important trait required by a motivational speaker is an ability to motivate. Tragically, some meetings organisers have previously discovered, to their considerable cost, that it does not necessarily follow that a professional motivational speaker can motivate.

Nor can it be assumed that someone described as a ‘celebrity motivational speaker’ can be expected to somehow inspire your audience by simply turning up on the day. Talks provided by a top motivational speaker are carefully structured and based upon a science that is studied by few and practised by even fewer.

Ensure your choice of motivational speaker has proven credentials, and don’t assume that members of a related, professional body, are somehow qualified and suitable. Minimal experience as a motivational speaker and the price of a membership fee are all that is required, in qualification, to becoming a member of some such organisations.

Being published on motivational techniques, through a reputable source, is a good indication of the expertise needed to work as a top motivational speaker. Use the method described in Tip 6 above to obtain a quick and easy result.

Ideally, watch videos of the motivational speaker performing, and listen to the audience reaction to determine whether he or she has a rapport with the audience. Rapport and humour are essential ingredients in the motivational speaker cake. If, when watching video clips provided by the ‘motivational’ speaker, you are not laughing, then your audience are not likely to laugh either! Laughter is an essential part of motivation.

9. Cost Issues Regarding a Motivational Speaker

Ideally you should have some idea of a ‘speaker fee’ budget before commencing your search for a motivational speaker. The costs in hiring a motivational speaker can vary dramatically and are dependent on the location of venue, numbers of delegates attending, the duration of the required motivational speech and the quality and popularity of the motivational speaker. My advice is this – if your meeting is worth holding it is worth investing in an experienced and proven, motivational speaker. Paying the little bit more often produces an immensely worthwhile investment.

Whether you deal with the motivational speaker direct, or through an agent or bureau, should purely be a matter of choice. In theory the fees of the motivational speaker, quoted from an agent, bureau or motivational speaker, should be the same.

If you are interested in a celebrity motivational speaker you are unlikely to find direct contact details for that person, and your only line of enquiry will need to be through an agent or bureau specialising in celebrity motivational speakers.

Agents that actively promote a motivational speaker have a good idea of the fee normally required to secure a motivational speaker’s services and will share that figure with you when you make your initial enquiry. It is wise to obtain an all-in-fee from an agent.

A bureau’s commission is normally obtained from the motivational speaker. This commission can vary but normally falls between 15% and 30% of the fee for the appearance of the motivational speaker. If they do not have a particular motivational speaker on their books they are usually happy to trace them and make any arrangements on your behalf.

Few professional motivational speakers work with only one agent or bureau. If there is no mention of exclusivity on promotional material you can assume there is not. This, in effect means, that if you come across a motivational speaker of your choice, and he or she supplies contact details, this is an implied permission for you to contact him or her direct and independently negotiate a motivational speaker fee. Your aim should be to obtain value for money.

10. Information Normally Required by a Motivational Speaker.

If you are contacting a motivational speaker direct, and you have researched him or her as advised, you will be confident in knowing you are speaking with the right person for the job.

Should you decide on taking the agent or bureau route, the first thing you need to make perfectly clear, for the reasons described in Tip 8 above, is that you are seeking a motivational speaker.

Next supply the date of the event. A top motivational speaker is usually very popular and you can save yourself a lot of time, and disappointment, by establishing their availability early in the proceedings. It is perfectly acceptable to ask if you can provisionally hold a particular motivational speaker for a few days until a final decision is made.

Good meetings organisers will usually provide a description of the objectives and purpose of a conference, venue, size and type of audience and the duration of the talk required by the motivational speaker. You also need to clearly state what you expect from the motivational speaker.

By way of example you might say ‘at the end of your motivational talk I want the delegates to be laughing and enjoying the meeting. They need to have been entertained, educated, motivated and inspired to eventually return to their place of work and put into action some of the great tips we will be providing at other times during the conference’.

The best motivational speakers provide tried and tested presentations that are skilfully adapted to fit in with the theme of your meeting and will usually meet your requirements fully. For your own peace-of-mind obtain a written agreement of the terms agreed and, where possible, a guarantee of total satisfaction from the motivational speaker.

To Summarise – What’s Needed to Source a Top Motivational Speaker

a) Use a search engine to source a motivational speaker.
b) Produce a short-list of potential motivational speakers.
c) Establish the credibility of the motivational speaker by including their name and area of expertise in a further search of the web.
d) Where possible watch videos of the motivational speaker in action to determine whether they establish a rapport with the audience and their overall style of delivery is as required. Laughing is an essential part of successful motivation.
e) Check the motivational speaker for quality by researching named testimonials provided by his or her previous clients.
f) Contact the motivational speaker, agent or bureau and establish availability, cost etc.
g) Supply the necessary information needed by the motivational speaker.
h) Obtain some form of contract with the motivational speaker that includes a guarantee of satisfaction were possible.

So there you have it: my tips on sourcing a motivational speaker. I wish you every success in your search for a motivational speaker and the meeting you plan to hold.
