Tragic news on Ted Failon's wife

The wife of broadcast journalist Ted Failon was shot in the head inside their residence in Quezon City yesterday, according to the news. Trinidad Arteche, Ted Failon’s wife suffered wounds from a bullet that entered her left temple and exited on the right side of her head. While there are reports that she has been declared clinically dead, an official statement from ABS-CBN yesterday said that she was still fighting for her life.

I saw Ted Failon in television news when he was subjected in a paraffin test last night, and this morning i heard thru their radio program in DZMM, Korina Sanchez announces that the result of paraffin test was negative. The result of paraffin test on Ted Failon could be a confirmation that’s it’s really a case of suicide.

Whatever happened between Ted and his wife, we have no right to judge anyone of them. Marital problems are part of married life and trials come in a way that we do not expect. May this family overcome and survive this most trying times in their lives.
